We offer services at various levels:
- We can start from a project already carried out by the Client and which serves the Global Management of the Project , with a Works Management, a Coordination of Suppliers, Logistics, Distribution, Assembly of Furniture.
- Or we can also take care only of the Coordination and Assembly of the Furniture .
Ours will always be a flexible and tailor -made offer , where we provide companies, workers and qualified professionals, the competence in the organization and a proven ability to operate according to budgets, constraints and deadlines.
In general we work in two alternative ways:
- “ Turnkey ”, when the Customer delivers the project to us and then waits only for the work completed in compliance with the agreed deadlines, constraints and budgets.
- “ Customer participation ”, when the Customer wishes to participate in the various choices and therefore have a more active role.
The salient points of the activities of the EIS can be summarized as follows:
- FF&E - Furniture, Fixture & Equipment
The replacement and assembly of interior and exterior furnishings, upholstery, lighting and furnishing accessories.
- OS&E - Operating Supplier & Equipment
The organization and distribution of the materials and equipment needed to complete the furniture creation.
- Management of supply contracts
One of the most delicate operations is the management of orders to suppliers because it is necessary to correctly request the material necessary for the realization of the project, check prices to be within the estimated budget, check execution times.
- Project management
This is the " Works Management ". It involves coordination, control and responsibility on the entire construction site and on what happens inside it and the solution of the natural unforeseen events that occur.
- Control & Synthesis
- Comparison between drawings, furnishings, materials and other parts involved.
- Revision of the list of materials starting from purchase orders.
- Logistics and Distribution
It is the management of the procurement and distribution operations of what is ordered for the realization of the project.

Use of Operational Teams and suitable Materials, based on the general planning of the work with the use and updating of a General Summary Panel
